Foyers
A service for young people...
SAHA is particularly active in providing Foyers for young people who, in addition to requiring accommodation, are also undertaking training, employment preparation, or some other personal development activity.
Foyers provide a home to individuals aged 16-25, who each get their own room and ensuite facilties. There are shared self catering kitchens and lounges for residents to use along with a variety of additional facilities, depending on the individual foyer, such as IT suites, training rooms and recreational spaces.
SAHA's four current foyers are located in; Lewes, Braintree, Doncaster and Morecambe. Please click on the name of your nearest foyer below for more information.
SAHA is working towards all of its foyers being accredited for the quality of the services they provide, by the national Foyer Federation. The Foyer Federation is the umbrella organisation representing all Foyers in the UK. SAHA feels that accreditation is a clear signal of service quaility and is therefore keen to achive this standard across each of the associations foyers.
