A Sheltered Housing complex for people over 55.  Situated one minute walk from Willesden High Street, it is close to local shops, a superstore, library, Churches, banks, transport and local amenities. 

ACCOMMODATION consists of 19 flats over four floors with a lift and intercom access.  Each property has its own bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.  The flats also have storage heating and double glazing. The ground floor flats have a patio door leading on to the communal garden. There is car parking at the front of the scheme. 

 FACILTIES  There is a communal garden with a gazebo, laundry room and 24 hour care line system in place. 

SUPPORT there is no Scheme Manager on site.  However, there is a Housing Support Worker providing floating support to promote independent living for those residents requiring the service. 

SAHA's Customer Services deal with all repair requests, plus any enquiries residents may have.  The Housing Officer visits regularly and personal visits can be arranged.
