Local Offers
As part of our new regulatory framework, we've worked alongside customers to develop new service standards for local service offers these service offers will give residents firm commitments on how we intend to deliver our services to an agreed standard, quality and frequency. These services are called ‘local offers’.
The new national standards are:
- Tenant involvement - about giving you customer service, choice, and involving you in what we do - and how we do it.
- Home – about the quality of your home and how we carry out repairs and maintenance.
- Tenancy – about how we let properties and the support and advice which you can expect from your housing officer.
- Neighbourhood and community - about where you live, and cover aspects like how we help keep neighbourhoods clean and peaceful.
- Value for money - about the quality and price of the services you receive in return for the rent and service charges you pay.
- How well we run our association.
