Resident Involvement

SAHA's residents' are asked for their views, suggestions and ideas on matters that affect the running of their home and the services they receive.

 

Resident Involvement is a two way process where staff and residents' share information and ideas and are able to influence decisions, and take part in the decision making process.

 NEW!

 SAHA have introduced a scheme inspection document for all residents who would like to complete an inspection of their scheme. This simple questionnaire is designed to give residents the opportunity to tell us about your estate standards online, this document can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. feedback can be sent to us at: haveyoursay@saha.org.uk

 SAHA are pleased to launch the new 'Your Guide to Resident Involvement' booklet which sets out all the different ways SAHA's residents can influence the service SAHA provides and really have a say in shaping services.
