SAHA's residents' are asked for their views, suggestions and ideas on matters that affect the running of their home and the services they receive.

Resident Involvement is a two way process where staff and residents' share information and ideas and are able to influence decisions, and take part in the decision making process.

 SAHA have introduced a scheme inspection document for all residents who would like to complete an inspection of their scheme.
