You will be involved in helping with the efficient running of the foyer and to assist in the preparation of support plans for residents. You will liaise with other agencies, offer advice on housing benefits and promote independent living skills, ensuring that the appropriate support is in place. You will require knowledge of housing management and benefits and be a good communicator, organised, capable of planning your own workload and work effectively as part of a team.
