All phone enquiries should be made via the SAHA Customer Service Centre on
0800 970 6363 (Free from most landlines).

 

Mobile charges will vary, therefore, if you are intending to call from a mobile SAHA would recommend that you text or email as an alternative.

 

SAHA aims to answer all CSC calls in within six rings. SAHA recognises that this is a challenging standard and therefore there is an option to leave a message on our 'ring back' service should your call not be answered promptly. If you leave a message the next available Customer Service Officer will return your call.
